At FCTRY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your computer.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
